i'm testing port 80 with wampserver64 and i get this:

Thanks I didn't see that you had to create a wiiu\apps folder.
I just put it apps.

Instead of blocking the nintendo servers, I just got a second super cheapo router that the wiiU connects to not connected to the internet. I then (from my computer/laptop/whatever) connect to that wifi network, run the apache server, run the wii mod, the have my laptop/computer/whatever connect back to my regular wifi.

Just another option rather then having to block ports or worry about nintendo updating the wiiU.
