Gaming How can I fix or format properly a 16 GB pro duo card?

I've formatted this card a few times with the PSP and it still doesn't let me copy ISOS nor EBOOTS. The copying stops in the beginning with a "Cannot copy (insert random game): Cannot find the specified file" mesage.
I think it's a fake card.
