There are various memory card adapters that can copy the save to PC (e.g., MemCARDuino, DexDrive). Once it's on PC, you can format it to any other filetype with MemCardRex.

yeah but lemuroid is a mobile simplified version of retroarch

and it stores the save files in srm format

Rename the .SRM file extension to .MCD; you don't even need MemCardRex to change it.
