How do I create a launcher on the wii u to automatically run mariokart ctgp on the vWii?

Unable to dump OTP.bin

Got this WiiU with flashing blue light. Defusing worked and I can get into minute. I dumped Seeprom, SLC.raw and SLCCMPT.raw before I did anything. Trying to dump OTP with PRSHhax fails with message: Unknown dev boot1 version: v1610612831...

There is already one iirc (i don't find the link atm). But then you can't play it online. Just offline.
