How do I create a QR Code for a custom Theme without submitting it to ThemePlaza?

package the theme in a zip, upload it to google drive and make a public share link.
turn the link into a QR code with this: https://www.qr-code-generator.com/f...r_generator_exact&utm_term=generate qr code_e
this should work with the 3ds. For themes and fbi .cias.

wanting to figure out the same thing but the method above sadly doesn't seem to work (at least for what i'm trying to attempt.)
im trying to make a QR code similar for my theme, so when I scan it in Anemone (or anywhere at this point, like FBI for instance) it'll download my theme like it does with themes on the ThemePlaza. ive tried other sites like Dropbox & Catbox but none of these have worked for me.
any other suggestions i could maybe try? thanks.

I used to burn tons of dvds (data files) many years ago, but haven't burnt a disk in ages. -

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
