How do I get the TVii icon back on my Wii U's home screen? [5.5.5E]

I heard of a revival for TVii, and as such I wanted to get the icon back on my home screen where it used to be.

How can I do that?

There most certainly is not lol homebrew is even highly sceptical but "IF" it ever happens then I'm sure you will be told how as they would need release a new version.
