Hacking How do I make custom kart in mario kart wii?

I've decided I want to make a custom kart in mario kart wii, but I don't really know how. Does anyone know? I've looked everywhere, and the only tutorial that I found was super confusing.

I saw that, but it's just so confusing. I can't figure out how to do it using blender and brawl box. I just need someone to tell me how to do it.
