Hacking how do you access the CBHC menu?

my wii-u suddenly changed to start autobooting homebrew for some reason instead of the normal system menu
no information about what buttons to push to change it is in the FAQs on this site or on the CBHC github

ive tried holding down A, and B and start and select and home button, each one each time and it still just autoboots with error -5
which secret combination of keys is it thanks

You need to press the home button when it says autobooting...
