How to add entry to wii usb compatibility wiki?

I'd like to add some info on some flash drives I've recently tried, but I don't see how. I'd prefer to edit under my username, but when I click the link to request that an admin make me an account for the wiki, I get a screen that says "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

It still says the same thing. Perhaps it's due to my low post count?

I got curious and read through the welcome message for the forum. It looks like it actually is because my post count is low.

I'll create his account, but I think the email server is still broken, so I'll generate a password myself.

I have the same issue trying to get an account for the wiki.

Else I ll find places to spread out 10 mildly helpful posts
