Heard it on radio from the only surgeon in the province of Quebec who practice it

In short, they break your legs bones and insert small iron pole in them
Then, they thighten them and close back

Then, everyday, the poles inside your legs bones will extend by, iirc, 0.25mm
That way, youll get slightly taller everyday, and after a while, youll get the iron pole out with another surgery
