How to create a Playlist for Retroarch on PSVITA

hi,
i'm using a mega-pack for PSVITA with a lot of roms and systems. But i want to keep only my favourites roms for every system. In this custom Retroarch version, it is not possible to create a playlist scanning the rom folders, unfortunately. So i have to create it manualli, adding every game i want to keep in a Playlist file.

Is there a tool for PC that can automatically create the needed playlist using as a source a roms folder?

Don't know if it's outdated but check Retroarch Playlist Buddy. I used it to create a custom playlist for each of my systems. There's a reddit post with guide on how to configure it. If you care about thumbnails, make sure the roms names match Retroarch's database so it can be automatically downloaded
