I would just wait for AOC patcher to come out as that can patch dlc courses and everything else. Unless this is permanent which then i will do it to play as link and dry bowser.

Looks good , but I'll just wait for a perm thing like the AOC Patcher I saw couple of days ago , want to get the hyrule warriors DLC and the smash bros too, already bought the hyrule warriors but they keep on adding more dlc packs lol

I don't think AOC patcher is permanent. I think you need to run it everytime.

On that iso site is a dlc patch for sdcaffine.

since it is not unlocking, it is just 'forcing' values.
so yeah like your OP says you want to do, you won't be able to make it permanent.

but we already have signature patches so when it is a bit easier and safer, we can just install the dlc and use it perfectly, excellent

just a heads up for those who don't know, if you use FunKiiU and the rednand+sig patches, you can install all the dlc and it will work fine
