Hacking I can't install cfw on my Old 3ds XL

Hi, could someone help me install cfw?. I previously tried to install cfw (in 2017) and failed after downgrading and got stuck in version 9.0. Somehow I ended up fixing it but now I have other problems to deal with.I have an Old 3ds XL with the following conditions:
1. Currently in Version 11.13.0-45U
2. Needs SD card to turn on
3. Homebrew installed in SteelDiver
4. And the most important, DS functionality not working. When I try to do any DS related action it sends me to a blackscreen and I need to restart the system. Therefore I can't access ds connection settings. And also, I can't achieve any method of installing CFW (frogminer nor ntrbootstrap with R4 card). I have tried the TWLfix method to fix the DS functionality but it doesn't help, and because I can't install FBI and can't try reinstalling the DS mode with .cia methods.

Is there any way I can fix the ds functionality or install cfw?

Edit - With the SD card inserted, hold the (SELECT) button to check if your 3DS shows Luma3DS v#.# configuration. If this appears and it shows v7.1 or newer, the 3DS still has custom firmware.

Luma3DS v7.0.5 (and older) is A9LH. You have to upgrade the 'arm9loaderhax' custom firmware to 'boot9strap'.
