Hardware I have a problem with my 3ds

This started happening after I downgraded my 3ds from 11.4 to 11.3 when NTR wasn't working.

1. When ever I use FBI and go into a folder like the /3ds folder it goes slow and laggy.

2. Also when using FBI and I try to use the FTP to transfer files over, I connect it to Fillzilla it freezes for a minute or two then gives me a "Failed to Read payload length, I/O Error: Success (0)" error.

3. When using Freeshop, it's slow and laggy like how FBI was and when I try to download a game it gives me some kinda of arm11 error and crashes.

I'm currently on 11.4 B9S 1.2 Rosalina
