PS1/2 I have Swap Magic. Any reason to still install FMCB anyways?

Since I have a way for PS2 backups, what else can FMCB do? I have a slim PS2 so I can't do anything hard drive related.

You can watch videos, listen to music and launch homebrew like emulators from USB drives and you can backup your memory card content onto a USB drive.

Can this work with a backup of 007 Agent Under fire?

If you have Swap Magic, just use that to Install FMCBoot in a Memory card.
