Gaming idk where to ask for help on a game but

i thought why not try here. has anyone in ever oasis gotten past the sanctuary of light.?? im working on a tutorial with pictures and i cant get past this one room. its driving me nuts.
the image ive upoaded shows the spot im stuck at. and i already know that if i take the balloon plants in front of me it'll lead up but still ends up dead ending with no further way up. there is a platform upward that is blocked by one of the blue light gates as ive been calling them. and this switch seems to be only one that activates it. + i need to get to it but as you might know there is alot of the balloon plants that don't exactly equal up to get to it. the room spirals upward several flights. and seems quite hard to me atm. been on for days now and cant find any help online about it.

Yes, the title makes it incredibly clear what you want to know :')
It took me some time also, but you have to blow up some balloons and just jump around. Eventually I got it, not sure how I did it.

nw i figured it out. i had to use level 3 wind gale on the switch there close as i could to it and thats when everything else fell into place. now its a clear game so im working on more of my factum thingies. lol.
