Homebrew Ignore Update...?

When i was modding my switch and using emunand while being on version 16.0.0 (never updating anytime) I always get a message saying update like why tho idk if theres a way to make it stop so i dont see it anytime i boot into emunand...

I know but i have to put new files plus i dont want to risk bricking it thats why i dont update...

Safe to update, just update your CFW files before updating your firmware, you can get firmware from Darthsternie

You can use DBI to delete pending tickets and the nagging about update will end.

Just curious, but what would be the results if not updating CFW first? Will only boot to OFW?

If you don´t update CFW you will fail to boot with some errors, could be about PKG1 or similiar.

if you boot with original bootloader no problem at all.

but if you use hekate or Atmosphère as bootloader Semi-OFW load will faild
