Even then he'd need you to be on the same network and have an outdated version of windows
Tho there is bluekeep that is a bit more recent but even then.
Also mind that linux RCE are a thing too, even tho not frequent

Ok. It just came to mind because a friend used it recently to take over some annoying bloke's pc in our local network. In the end it resulted in a blue screen for whatever reason.

I'm no expert on these things.

But it was fun to hear him scream and hit that reset button like mad. ;p
