Ok. So I have my WiiU playing games from USB. Now I want to expand it for Wii hdd from my Wii.
Is there a Wii HBC or Wii Backuploader as a channel?
Do I have to use another hdd with wii games, or I can add it to my wiiu HDD? Maybe if I can split partitions on it? Would that work?
What tool is for transferring games from wiiU hdd to another?

You have a couple of options. There's a forwarder for USB Loader GX where you can launch it from the Wii U screen, this would require two hard drives one for your Wii U games one for Wii games, or you could inject your Wii games into one hard drive (the same one that has your Wii U games) using this https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-wiivc-injector-script-gc-wii-homebrew-support.483577/ . This second option will be more time consuming however as you have to inject each Wii game one at a time and each game takes a little bit of time like around 30 minutes to convert from a normal Wii game in .wbfs format or iso to .app files to be installed with WUP Installer.

If you're going to do the first option you'll want to use ustealth this allows you to keep two hard drives plugged in at the same time. https://gbatemp.net/threads/ustealth-wii-u-format-disk-nag-workaround.352786/
