GCN iOS_fs failed to write new fst

Hi, I am trying to set up Dolphin on my PC but I a encountering this message iOS_fs failed to write new fst. If I keep pressing OK, eventually it will start up, but it's not ideal and I can't seem to find out what it means or how to fix it. Could anyone shed some light on it please.

Any help will be massively appreciated.

Check your windows defender parameters in "Controlled folder access" dolphin is probably blocked.
That worked for me.
