Nobody really can tell you, what IOSs should be on your system. It depends on which Firmware you are on and what games you run.

If everything works smoothly right now your Wii is already healthy.

i think he just wants to know which IOSs he should have installed on his wii, but if you already have cIOS installed then just update though wanikoko's 4.0 updater and then all the latest IOSs will be there

EDIT: DON'T FORGET TO BACK UP YOUR NAND FIRST USING BOOTMII JUST ENCASE OF A ACCIDENT THEN YOU CAN GO INTO THE INSTALL PROCESS KNOWING YOUR NICE AND SAFE
