Irisman ".ISO is very fragmented"

Hi everyone. Recently downloaded some Redump ISOs and after decrypting them, some are being loaded by Irisman while others just give me the error mentioned in the title.
If I try with Webman MOD, the problematic ISOs don't even show up, only the good ones. I did a check with PS3 ISO Rebuilder and this is the result:

What's the problem here? The ISOs are freshly downloaded and haven't been touched aside from decrypting them (I've been patching them with the proper IRD file, then decrypting them with 3K3Y ISO Tool).

By the way I'm using a 2TB External HDD in NTFS format. (I prefer ISOs, JB folders give me too much trouble)

Could it be that the drive where you store your ISOs is fragmented? You can try to defragment it from Windows and check if it fixes your issue
