is downloadable content safe on a hacked 3ds?

got monster hunter generations through a devious act, and been wondering can i download free downloadable content right from the 3DS? if not is there another way around it?

it should be fine, probably, i downloaded all the content for MH4 and generations on mine, but i also had a legit copy i ripped to cia
i remember hearing somewhere a long time ago that unlike .3ds, if you have the game in cia format they can't really distinguish wether it's a pirated copy unless they look for a legit ticket, which i don't think they do

you can still even download the content for MHFU on the psp

If you're concerned about being found out for using 'five finger discounted material' then ensure you're not sharing the current game you're playing when online.

Downloading content on a hacked 3DS is fine, unless you are cheating online then you get banned.

Probably wont play online. no one uses the 3ds in my country, so i should be ok

I downloaded the free DLC from inside the game back in 2017 and never got banned, same with MH4U and MH3U. You should be fine.
