Is It Safe To Backup My Saves Online In A Modded Vita?

Sony just gave me a free one month subscription two days ago for the same account that is linked to both my non-modded PS4 and my modded PS Vita which I mostly use offline, is it safe to backup my saves to the cloud and do you recommend it?

Keeping in mind I had an accident before where I accidentally formatted my memory stick and lost all my saves with no backup (still haven’t fully restored them) and I should also mention that I have some homebrew games like Mario 64 and Sonic Mania which of course I assume shall not be backed up, do you guys recommend it or is it just not worth the risk?

there's always risk, which is why I don't recommend signing in on any hacked or exploited system with a legit account. just back them up on pc. the saves are in ux0/savedata/00/title ids iirc.
