Hacking Is my gba cart of any use on DS?

I currently have a Flash 2 Advance 128 mb cart with cable etc., is this cart of any use when I buy a DS lite? I know that there isn't many data that can fit on it.... :'(

it could be used on your ds for playing gba...it could also be used for ds roms...but most games wouldnt fit

You can use it to run the flash program, and there are a handful of games that can be patched to play on older carts.

Does this mean I won't have to buy a Passcard 3 for my G6 Lite, but I can just use the gba cart to install flashme on my DS Lite?

thats how I did it the first time, with a "XG Flash" Gba Cart.

You misunderstood the question.

Yes, you will still need a passme variant to boot DS code off of the GBA card. With that, you can then install flashme. If you don't want to buy a passme, find a friend that has one.
