Is preinstalled games considered legit? + How to make legit cia

I Know That This Is A Very Noob Question, A few Years Ago i got a 2ds with preinstalled Mario kart 7 then i created a Nintendo Network Account to Save the preinstalled Mario kart 7 into my eshop account, If its preinstalled can i make a legit cia If yes how? I want to test in citra.

@gcriterium If it's legit, yes. Otherwise it'll be just be a standard cia.

Probably if it has a proper signature. So that it can run on ofw. But anything thats done these ways are not really legit. Its a rather odd term given compared to how these are gotten and installed.

You need to verify the hash of your cia with the known legit one. Like here it shows for both the US and EU releases of MK7:

Drop the generated (legit) cia file on here, and compare the result with the ones i posted above. Make sure you're comparing the right release, US to US, EU to EU etc.

As i've already explained, if it's not legit, it'll create a standard cia with a standard ticket and that's probably what yours is.

Redacted because I didn't see the reply mentioning that the file had already been uploaded and the crc calculated before I made my original post.
