Is there a more "efficient way" to sift through 30,000 songs...

Of course. Unless you're one of those people who use the Billboard Top 100 to decide what songs you like, how else would you find out which songs you like more? Get a game with mindless hack'n'slash, grinding, or collectible finding going, put all the songs in a playlist, make sure each of their ratings is set to unrated, then set up a hotkey to rate a song as 5 if you want to keep it (or 1 if you expect to like more songs than dislike) and hit play. If you have a mouse or keyboard with extra buttons, bind them to "Next" and "Rate: 5 (or 1)" to cut down on time.
