Homebrew Is there any homebrew that can extract NFC data from the New 3DS? (No amiibo)

Yep, I'm not going to extract amiibo data, I'm just going to extract some NFC data from something, I wonder if there is any NFC extractor for 3DS? I already google it and nothing.

Is there any tool for extracting NFC data on the 3DS?

I think there was a writer for blank tags. Or something that could dump the save data. Dont think there was anything for dumping the "Amiibo ROM".
