is there any way to change the top of the windows in Windows 10?

Is there any way to change the bar with the X, minimise and window button in windows 10? I would like to change it to how it looked in windows XP to match my windows XP taskbar. I am aware that microsoft removed a lot of customisation features so I'm not sure if it's possible or not.

You can still do it with WindowBlinds and some other programs, however, they are not free (you can get them for free but i won't tell you how).
Plus, WindowBlinds give you a lot more possibilities than just old (XP,Vista,7) customisation features.

Just look for an XP visual style on DeviantArt. It will require you to patch some system files, but it's free and super easy.
