It is a bit different, but can't be denied it's very similar.

Plagiarism is where you deliberately copy somebody's work word-by-word, or by rephrasing it differently. Don't see anything wrong with the vids posted.

The Futurama intro is based on a '60s song called Psyche Rock, I was familiar with it because Fatboy Slim did a remix of it in the '90s. The one on the ad sounds like it might be a new remix of Psyche Rock, or a new song that samples it.
