Homebrew Homebrew app Issue building Love2D port for Nintendo 3DS

I have had an issue with building LovePotion (A port of Love2D for the Nintendo 3DS) since around September of last year. I have not been to fix the issue, and now have had a new issue come up again. When trying to run the makefile, this is what it gives me:

Are you able to run it from Msys32?
Since your on windows you may also want to try building from WSL.
