I updated my 3DS to 11.4 recently and now none of my games/apps will launch. I did some research and supposedly, 11.4 should work with Luma, but the system just freezes whenever I try to launch anything. Is there any way to fix this?

Update Luma? You don't need to use Luma Updater. Download the latest hourly (for example), or latest stable, and replace the arm9loaderhax.bin in the root of your SD card.
