Is that normal, even no Update error if i am trying?!

Did you save the connection setting after inputting the DNS?

Its possible your ISP is hijacking your DNS requests and fulfilling them elsewhere, effectively ignoring your DNS settings. My ISP did this. I found local IP addresses were ok so I setup Pihole on my unraid server and point the WiiU DNS to that and added all the required servers to the blacklist.
