Gaming Japanese Wii Game Error

So, everytime I play a Japanese game (especially The Last Story) on my wii I get this strange error. I can't read Japanese, so I obviously have no idea what it says.
I looked all over google for answers and it looks like no one else is having this same error.
I noticed it first while starting up The Last Story. I tried pretty much everything.
Then when I tried Tales of graces, I got the SAME ERROR (but in a different little box)

I'm using an NTSC Wii, 4.3U
I use USB Loader to load my games (it has all the right settings for NTSCJ)

I'm not 100% sure, but it is telling you about the Nunchuck, or a Classic Controller. I think that the game you're playing requires either a Wii Remote + Nunchuck or a Classic Controller to operate. But that's my best guess.

Either that; or your system is reading controllers and it doesn't require them so it's telling you to disconnect them..
