I took one of my ram sticks out because I was having issues and now it's running very slow do I have to add another ram stick or is there another issue causing my laptop to run slow
Yeah you're probably gonna have to replace the RAM you took out. I mean depending on how much RAM you down to it could mean you machine is having to use a page file to supplement your current RAM which is a hell of a lot slower
Yup, you're running short on memory. If you only use your laptop for light tasks like web browsing or office work AND really DON'T want to spend money on new RAM, you could try using Linux distros, especially one's that are optimized for low spec hardware. It's not a perfect solution, but it'll work much, much better than Windows and let you get on with your life. https://itsfoss.com/lightweight-linux-beginners/
But eventually, open enough Chrome tabs in linux, you'll have problems again. So yes, you should think about buying new memory.
I said this in the other thread but it's worth mentioning twice.
RAM is fairly cheap now with 4GB for £15-20 and 8GB for £30-35. Just make sure that the replacement RAM you get matches the specs of the one you already have (e.g. DDR3/3L/4, speed, and voltage). Brand doesn't matter, only that the specs match.

I was installing mods for games, but when I removed the romfs folder, an error occurred. Now when I try to launch the game, I see a yellow screen, and I have to reboot the switch. Reinstalling the game didn't help. Can you advise me on what to do to launch the game without mods?
