probably ... there is no problem with these patches.
disable all sysmodules ( except Tesla if you want ) ...

I've tried disabling them by renaming ".overlay" in the Switch folder, removing all my cheats, and removing sys-con and all other such add-ons.
It still does not work

Looks like very few of us have this problem

I have just done a clean install with patches only and a clean AMS install....looks like it could be one of the Sysmodules causing this issue.

1 ) delete old CFW / package from your micro sd !!!
2 ) download latest DeepSea Aio and this new patches
3 ) extract DeepSea on microsd then extract these patches on microsd and overwrite when required

The question I had is about the files in atmosphere / kip_patches / loader_patches.
Over in the Fusee primary thread they have one more .ips file dropped into their loader_patches "29CA1C792CF3AB6357929DF0627170FF8EA1CC057DBE2E5C58ADD8A442BD0CA8.ips" that isn't in the fss0 pack. And this other .ips has a different checksum: "987521753F9B8CE98718E3C70FFEA1FDDFF58511A482F5387DE25FAD822C27C0.ips". Do these represent updated files that I should add to my loader_patches even though they are from the fusee sigpatches patches thread?

fss0 doesn't use loader patches. Those are only for booting with fusee.

I combined the updated patches shared by @Draxzelex with the rest of the old patches

so it turns out that you can run Tinfoil with fss0 no problem as long as you have SXOS License in your sd card

The package download on their github already comes with the required patches, right? If not, this topic FS patches should work.
