Buying stuff you were struggling to justify when sober.

It’s how I ended up with a modded Super Famicom with a disintegrating case.

No really, it was sold as ‘broken case’ but the plastic was so brittle that it was breaking apart with minimal handling, wasn’t bothered though as I had a broken SNES case I was able to transplant it into so I actually got a nice bargain in the end.…assuming the ICs don’t die.

Although I did have to dremel some of the case (only had 1 or 2 cans of Strongbow when doing this) I was putting it into because of the SPC daughter board.

Oh and I also did zero research when doing any of this.
