Light was in the right and his actions were only aiming to change the world, change my mind.
I really suggest people watch Death Note regardless if they are an anime fan or not. Death note is hands down one the smartest and philosophy driven anime that has ever been produced. There's just countless hours worth of debates on the topics the series brings up and so many moral topics that it covers. It actually takes time to make you think about what you are watching over just mindless entertainment.Ew weeb shit
Honestly, I don’t think I ever finished the anime, but I heard the movie is a lot worse. After a bit the anime got boring.I got bored of the anime halfway through so I watched the movie instead.
It was pretty bad, yeah, but at least I got a summary of the story.Honestly, I don’t think I ever finished the anime, but I heard the movie is a lot worse. After a bit the anime got boring.

The fact that he would sacrifice anyone shows how committed he was to the cause. If he wasn't determined enough to kill his own blood then I would have had no respect for him.I was on lights side at first, but once it became clear that he would sacrifice anyone, including his family, I changed my mind. Mostly because it became a game to him. He started off for the greater good, but it became vanity.
