Gaming .Lng extension edit

how can i edit the .Lng extension?
need to translate this file http://bit.ly/uGdMMv to Dutch if possible i searched on google but cannot find something that helps

Expand the section "String Table", then expand each entry within it and edit the strings in each. When done with each section click "Compile Script" at the top of each list of strings. When finished with all strings, goto File -> Save (or Save as..., but it doesn't matter - ResourceHacker backs up the original file anyway).

EDIT: BTW, if anyone is interested in how I worked out ResHacker could edit it: I first opened the file in a hex editor. I had a glance through, saw some strings in it with null bytes between each character and seemingly random bytes between strings, decided to look at the header/footer to see if there were any clues there, in the footer saw this:

I've seen this sort of thing in files that can be edited by ResHacker before, so decided to try it and it worked.
