My friend is looking for a semi-kid friendly game to play with his 7 year old on PC. Must have at least LAN or same computer multi-player.

Please give me some suggestions to pass on to him!

Please and thanks!

Audiosurf with Double Vision. One person controls one ship with the keyboard and another can control the other ship with the mouse.

Worms Armageddon. LAN and hotseat play, and probably the best of the 2d worms games (Haven't played the newest 2d Worms yet, don't even think its had a PC release yet though so whatever)

Age of Empires 2
Dawn of War: Dark Crusade (though I don't know if a 7yo will fully appreciate it)
Gruntz (old kids puzzle game - abandonware)
Lords of Magic (abandonware again)
Heroes of Might and Magic (I think 3 is the best, but 5 is shinier - local hotseat)
Worms (any from the series is great, but I loved 2 the most)

There are a lot that I played as a kid... I just wish I could remember them all now.

I don't think you should be giving that to a 7 year old

worms world party is better

World Party is buggier and the only real upgrade is two weapons that really shouldn't be in the game.
