Homebrew Looking for a homebrew game

This game made the front page of GBATemp a few times. This is a (puzzle?) game set in stages, each "hosted" by a character that you have to challenge. One is a "Colonel Mustard" type of guy while another is a literal demon which even mentions that Hell is his own stage.

I tried to search for the homebrew myself, but, even after going through FileTrip, I could not find the Homebrew...

Excuse me; the reason why I was vague was partially because I do not remember much and partially since I did not want to put any details of which I am not sure.
