The Lord of the Rings: Gollum has been delayed again. Originally slated for release in 2021, then expected to launch September 1 of this year, developer Daedalic Entertainment and publisher NACON have decided to delay the release for "a few months" to help put polish on the game and to ensure they can meet "community expectations." An announcement will be made "in the near future" regarding a new release date.

The Lord of the Ring: Gollum will be released on PC, PlayStation4, PlayStation5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.

@MetoMeto they need to inform their shareholders about their projects, and to justify where the resources are allocated. It'd be announced anyway, so might as well generate some interest in the community and invite further investment that is made from the analysis of the public's interest in the game.
