when i load up these games the screen goes blank? what can i do?

Get YSMenu,read sticky on the forum

Make sure you can run YSMenu too(R4 or DSTT clone) so state the website of the R4,also it seems you're running an outdated firmware(1.18 is outdated,what more 1.12

)

Sigh... please read the stickies before posting. YSMenu is an alternate firmware for R4 that provides better compatibility. Look here http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=164359 for a guide on how to install YSMenu on your R4. Also Wood RPG firmware for R4 original came out today so you can try using that.
