I believe the most you can get before woodfall temple is 6, being the Deku Mask, Great Fairy's Mask, Blast Mask, Kamaro's Mask, Bremen Mask, and the Bunny Hood.

If you guys don't wanna deal with import hassle techniques and you're in the US search Google for "The Legend Of Zelda Majoras Mask 3D -ABSTRAKT -3DS [USA]". If you don't mind messing with import booting methods (regionthree etc) then carry on with the EUR release...
