Do you even know what PHP is? PHP is an engine that renders out HTML(5) and CSS content. Take a look at this:

The support for HTML5 and CSS 3 is dependant on the browser, as the server does not render the content for you, it just sends the webpage's code.

weebly is fine, it gives you a base to work off of, then you can start to manage the site and put in your own HTML and customise your website easier and more efficiently

Dont listen to the hate, try building different sections for the 10 most popular games. Then advertise it, then go from there. Include drawings and chat if possible. Thats all you need, start small.

Question:

Does Weebly even allow server-side languages to be used? If not, how are users going to create an account? Are you going to store the passwords in JSON?

I think it's a great idea, but I'm going to take a guess that you don't have the skillset and experience for this to work out well.

thanks, i'll try my best to include drawings and art for people, and I am already getting started on making new communities, thanks also for not being a hater about every simple thing I do :)
