it should works. If not, you're not loading Cafiine correctly. The MK8 folder root ID is 00050000-1010ED00, if you wanna copy-paste it.

I have a question about Custom Music:

If I replace Electrodome's music with anything else, when the track splits into two parts, the music fades out and there's no sound coming out. Is it possible to build Multi-Channel BFSTMs?

You have to build a multichanneled .brstm and convert it to a .bfstm afterwards. :)

Yup. You can also decode the file from the game dump in UWizard and see how many channels it has.

It worked!

Something Interesting is that In Electrodome, if you change the music, the Pirhana Plants, the speakers, the screen with bars, the Mario Kart disco ball, the dancing Shy Guys, and dancing Koopas will go fast (or slow) depending on the beat of the song.

The fast version of the song I used made the Shy Guys and Koopas skip some frames of their animations!

I tried to use the trainer to give myself more coins, but although it said it was injecting the value, the value wouldn't change. I am on 5.5.1.
Don't worry, something much better is being made by me -

You'll have to use Loadiine or Saviine to then use the modified save on your Wii U, but those both work perfectly for MK8. ;)

Right now I am discovering all the various values that are easily changed. Things like lap times won't be in the editor though, only things that wouldn't create overt cheating. I am also debating if I will just add the ability to change the number of coins and number of gold stars per map in order to unlock things, or if I will add being able to unlock things individually. If I did add each individually, it would take much longer to completely program every offset in to the program though. I think just increasing your coins and gold stars on each map will be the way I make the final editor, for simplicity sake.

Music Park has some of the same effects, but unlike Electrodrome, it affects online play, but only on your end.

I know this is random and off-topic but I hope someone could add drop-down menus to other characters like how Yoshi, Male Villager, and Shy Guy has. If someone does, it probably will be like Super Smash Bros. for Wii U where it'll be the default costume for the character on other people's screen instead of freezing. For instance, if I added Ice Luigi to the drop-down menu for Luigi, it'll probably just be regular Luigi on other people's screens opposed to the game freezing.

We had our grandkids over yesterday and I got a small above ground swimming pool I filled for them to play in. Well today I woke to find 3 ducks swimming around in it. Don't mind really but they are annoyingly loud, quack quack. Gotta drain it today. Guess what were having for dinner, lol.
