Hacking Feedback (Maybe not) dead 350, need some guidance

The Xbox 360 is a console I never really delved into hacking. I bought one about a year and a half ago pre-RGH'ed and played a bit with it. Last month it RROD. I though it was hardware but I turned it on today and instead of RROD it gives me this:

Does this mean it is software recoverable?

If so, can you guys give me some guidance?

Rrod can sometimes be intermittent, so there's probably still a problem.
