Well that means is not gonna be like the 3DS and Wii U, so we only install the games and can play them online.

Still, i guess we cant win all the battles. Im fine with offline games tbh.

If eshop games, dlcs, and updates will be installable with this method, who needs online, they can ban everything they want, nintendo online services are always lackluster and no one would miss them.

Well switch eshop works similar to 3DS' in that your ticket is console unique (except its more excessive on switch) because its got your console data in it and its signed. But signatures mean nothing if you patch secmon lol.

So turns out the function i was hoping would install stuff from file, doesnt. It grabs from eshop.
So plot twist, this is the freeshop route.. lol.. (jk, they do checks to make sure you own the title before you can launch)

To be fair in NX scene we have a lots of screenshots of cool things but nothing real yet, just some homebrew but nothing useful for games.

True. We really only have layerd fs which isn't really meant or good at back up loading. But I'm certain that this will get released sometime soon.

Yea, to be fair again, at least Rei doing something and quite fast, he will achieve something cool for us all and he will learn a lot in the process.

So if i'm understanding right - rei has discovered a way to directly download titles from CDN, without them being suspicious to Nintendo, and with a simple patch to "secmon" we can boot them....??

I think that this is not the kind of things to be released. At least if the function is what it is at the moment. It doesn't allow loading backup of your own games, but downloading any? game from the eshop.
