Yes. Cows milk has four times the amount of calcium than mothers milk. In evolutionary human history, humans only consumed mothers milk for a few years at most and that was it. It is for this reason why people consume waaaay too much extremly unnatural amounts of calicum. Don't consume dairy products and buy low calcium water.

Too much calicum contributes to clogged ateries resulting in strokes and heartattacks. stay safe!

The fermented variations at least have a higher k2 mk4 content, if the cows were grass fed. This helps transporting the calcium out of the blood into the bones.

    @K3Nv2 He was looking into consoles for his house anyway (for my younger siblings and himself) and I had a spare XSX and Switch I ended up selling him at pretty steep cuts. I would just give them to him, but I did buy them with the intent to sell them... and college is super expensive.
