possibly glanced over it on the wii once .. it seemed familiar... just a bit clunky and not very refined in the fighting mechanics side of things which i was surprised at...

Its how the game is meant to play. you cant rush in to the battle and expect to beat the monster by just swining your weapon. You should probably look up youtube vids to see how ppl that are good play it. probably too much to ask anyway but i think its great.

Tried the Wii U version, but I didn't read the manual first, so it felt more frustrating than it probably is.

Just began the 3DS version, and let me tell you. I have all my games with 3D on full blast with no problems, but that Capcom title video seriously made my eyes hurt.

no i get the stategy of it , just didnt feel like i was fighting a monster but more like i was swiping at an animated block , no visual damage to the monster , it just doesnt feel like your engaging with the monster at all , then i dont like the way you walk out of areas into others , surely that could be a smoother larger world , it feels like a batant port from a last gen console rather than an game programmed to take advantage of newer hardware. Not impressed with it , might sound nice ,, but MEH.

I get what you mean. One thing i feel like they can do is make all the maps connected. Would take the game to the next step. I only want the game because the us releases are so limited. But yeah they need to take the game farther unless it will eventually fall out of place.

@SylverReZ, 1) except final fantasy 16. 2) why would I have a console's whole catalogue if most of the games are either shovelware or terrible games?

Kind of a waste, but the allure of all those games over 100,000

Cruisn on the Wii is one of my personal examples of that, it's considered one of the worst games of all time, I loved it and completed it several times.

The trick for me was to go into the settings and crank up the Wiimote sensitivity to the max and it gets twitchy but you can win that way lol

Lots of other games I enjoyed that reviews would say otherwise lol
